COURSE
Starting and finishing at Harbor Point, the 2027 course will visit scenic areas of Downtown Baltimore, Harbor East, Federal Hill, Harbor Point and the Baltimore promenade.
Course Time Limit: The Sole of the City 10K has a course time limit of 2 hours (19:21/mile pace). This is calculated from the time your wave crosses the start line. Participants who fall behind this pace may be asked to move to the sidewalk to allow streets to reopen in accordance with the event permit.

WATER STOPS AND RESTROOMS
2 water stops will be available on course.
Each water stop will have water AND an electrolyte drink. Portable restrooms will also be located at each water stop.
